This full-time role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential construction and confident in preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, analysing drawings, and supporting our project managers to deliver financially efficient builds.

Key responsibilities include developing detailed estimates, preparing tenders, conducting site visits, managing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, and providing accurate financial tracking and reporting throughout the build process.

We’re looking for someone with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar, strong industry experience, and a solid grasp of estimating software and construction practices.
